Course Description and Objectives

Echo Board Review course aims to ensure that physicians are using the most up to date guidelines when utilizing echocardiography in the peri-operative setting.

  • Prepare physicians for the National Board of Echocardiography Inc. ™ (NBE) Advanced PTEeXAM ® examination.
  • Discuss essentials of Physics for ultrasound imaging and apply knowledge to answering multiple choice questions.
  • Multiple choice question review composed of advanced perioperative TEE topics as set out by the NBE curriculum.
