Travel Information
A family resort with a highly-rated children's and adult's ski school, Snowmass Mountain is comprised of 3,000 skiable acres. Also owned and operated by the Aspen Skiing Company are Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk Mountain and Aspen Mountain. It would take an ambitious skier to cover all four in a week. Interchangeable lift tickets, complimentary transportation to every mountain during the skier day. The variety of terrain in Snowmass breaks down as follows: 7% easiest, 55% more difficult, 18% most difficult and 20% expert. There are 20 chairlifts and five on-mountain restaurants. Snowboarding is OK except on Aspen Mountain.
Snowmass Village boasts 95% lodging ski-in/ski-out. For the meeting, there are a variety of lodging options from hotel to condominium with rates to suit every budget. Snowmass Village Resort Association reservationists will review bed configurations and amenities for meeting participants.
Easy air access into Aspen Airport on #100 passenger United Express jets. Snowmass Resort is located 15 minutes from the airport with most properties providing complimentary transfer. Direct flights from Minneapolis on Northwest, from Phoenix on America West, Memphis on United. From 12-20 flights a day on United Express #100 passenger jets from Denver Intl Airport. Rental cars are not necessary as there is a village-wide shuttle, complimentary bus system to the other three mountains throughout the ski day, and bus to and from Aspen every 30 minutes for $3 fare. Participants can book lodging reservations through SRVA at 800 598-2004.

Note: Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. The above rates do not include state and local taxes, which are currently 10.4%. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Pets are not permitted in the rooms.
Deposit / Cancellation Policies Minimum night stay: 5 Deposit: Two nights lodging due within 10 days of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival, except Stonebridge Condos: 50% lodging due within 10 days of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: If guest cancels 60 days prior to arrival, full refund less $50 handling fee. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, deposit is forfeited unless room is re-booked. There will be a $50 fee whether room is re-rented or not.

Accomodations/Descriptions
Stonebridge Inn Centrally located and only 50 yards to the slope, this newly renovated hotel offers comfortable Colorado ski lodge atmosphere. Amenities include intimate restaurant and bar, complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center. Rooms include mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, and humidifiers. Service includes 24 hour desk, complimentary airport transfers, and shuttle to conference center.
Stonebridge Condos On the slope with ski-in/ski-out convenience. Quality one bedroom units. Full kitchen and fireplace. Heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Daily maid service.
Laurelwood Only steps away from the Snowmass Conference Center and the Village Mall. Each studio has queen bed & top quality sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, wood burning fireplaces, partition privacy door, TV/VCR and CD player. Daily (except Sunday) house-keeping. Guests may use the neighboring pool and hot tub.
Crestwood Located on the slope between two major lifts. Deluxe studio, one, two and three bedroom condos with fireplace, TV with HBO. Hotel services include 24 hr front desk service, courtesy vans for SCA meeting schedule, grocery shopping and daily maid service. Swimming pool, hot tub & sauna. Surcharge of 7% covers all services as gratuity in lieu of "out of pocket" tipping.
Timberline Slopeside location on Fanny Hill. Condos range in size from studios to three bedrooms, loft units available. Daily maid service, front desk, bellmen, courtesy airport transportation. All units have balconies/patios, color TV with HBO, VCR, CD and fireplaces in all units except studios. Butch's Lobster Bar offers the best in family dining.
Lichenhearth These studios and one-bedroom condos are in a prime ski-in/ski-out location, adjacent to the Fanny Hill ski lift. All condos feature a fireplace, private balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, covered parking & free laundry facilities. The units are served every other day by the housekeeping staff.
