Workshop (Breakout meeting rooms will be equipped with flip chart and/or grease board.)

The following equipment will be available in annual meeting and workshop general session rooms:

  • Screen
  • LCD Projection for PowerPoint (you must provide your own laptop)
    Please indicate which you will be using:
    Using a PC     Using a MAC
  • Due to the placement of screens in the general session rooms, laser pointers will not be provided. We ask that you use the mouse pointer.

If you are speaking in a smaller room with a single screen, a laser pointer will be provided. If you are not sure of the room size, feel free to contact the headquarters office at (804)282-0084.

If any equipment is required over and above what is listed, please list it below (special requests will require the approval of the Program Chair). If you require no additional audio-visual equipment, please leave the following fields blank and hit submit below.
