Included: Fee includes workshop, continental breakfast (morning workshops), breaks, snacks (evening sessions), and syllabus.
CME Accreditation: The Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists designates these educational activities for a maximum of 4.0 credits in category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Registration Limitations: Please note limitations. Pre-registration of workshops and evening sessions is available to SCA Members only. If space is available, sessions will be opened to non-members on site.
26th Annual Meeting
Location: All scientific sessions and workshops will be held at the Hawaii Convention Center, 1801 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96815.
Included: Scientific fee includes continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, (2) lunches, (1) reception and the meeting syllabus.
Accompanying Person Fee: The Accompanying Person Fee provides for admission to the Monday evening reception, hospitality suite on Sunday and Monday (at the hotel) and entrance to the exhibit hall. This fee does not include lunch in the exhibit hall on Monday and Tuesday.

Refund Policy
For the Workshops, Annual Meeting and PBLDs a full refund will be provided through March 15, 2004; an 80% refund will be provided from March 16 through April 1, 2004. After April 1, 2004, the Society will not refund any registration fees. Refunds will be determined by the date the written cancellation is received in the SCA's headquarters office.
