Application Process:
We currently have one CV fellow per year, but have received institutional approval to expand to 2 fellows per year beginning in 2016.  We hope to have ACGME approval for this second position soon.  We participate in the SF match and all prospective fellows should complete the common application on this site.  We do require 3 letters of recommendation, a wallet or pass port sized photo, and a personal statement.  Questions about the Program should be e-mailed to Dr. Kelly Ural, the program director (kural@ochsner.org) or the program manager, Missy McCreary (mmccreary@ochsner.org).  Interviews will be held from February to May.
